You can request permanent deletion of your ONEAZE account and associated personal data in two ways:

Option 1: In the App (Recommended)

Open the ONEAZE app → go to the Profile tab → log in if needed → scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete My Account.” Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: By Email

Email us at contact@oneaze.com from your registered email address with the subject line “Delete My Account.” We will verify your request and process it within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account (name, email, phone, saved addresses)
• Your product reviews

What We Keep

We retain order/transaction records (with your account link removed) for as long as required by law for accounting and tax purposes. Data already shared with our payment processor (Razorpay) for completed payments is retained per their own policies.
